Our Story

icrunchdata® was started on a simple concept in 2003… to efficiently bring professionals together in one of the most relevant niches in the global marketplace. Our founders have backgrounds in executive recruiting and search engine marketing; which is engrained in the root of our approach to everything we do. Our original site was designed on a dry-erase board; and several days and pizza deliveries later, we had some web logic and web design ideas to get started with. We actually took a picture of the dry-erase board for our developer to use. It’s quite humorous in hindsight… especially knowing that 2 short years later we scrapped it all to start over. We lost precious time but the web world was evolving fast and we simply didn’t have the right foundation to grow. We relentlessly began rebuilding an entirely new site with newer ideas, while also investing in better technology. It was then, that our ideas really started to gain momentum. We had partners surfacing and there was a new energy that is difficult to describe. Our minds, ambition, and team all grew. And so did the icrunchdata® community. It was in early 2006 that our brand took on a life of its own. We devoted ourselves passionately and have never looked back. Little did any of us know that the worst recession in 50 years was approaching. It was then that the greatest test of all began for not only us, but for every business in the U.S. But in any crisis lies tremendous opportunity… and sparks ignited again. It forced change, innovation, and a new mental perspective. And that mindset continues today. We are proud to not only be here, but to be better than before. We’ve made mistakes… we’ve learned… we’ve grown. We listen to your feedback and implement changes. We are stronger, more efficient, more focused and more evolved than ever before… not only as a business, but as people.
