What you need for this position:

- TS/SCI with Full Scope Poly
- Familiar with full life-cycle security activities (from Requirements to O&M).
- Expert in network security, network tools and their capabilities.
- Expert understanding of network architectures and security vulnerabilities associated with network elements.
- Strong understanding of business security practices and procedures
- Hardware/software security implementation experience;
- Strong understanding of different communication protocols; encryption techniques/tools;
- Capable of working with (from) system and network diagrams and schema, configuration files, security tables, etc.

What you'll be doing:

- Overseeing the efforts of security staff to design, develop, engineer and implement solutions to security requirements.
- You will be responsible for the implementation and development of a massive IT security network
- Gathering and organizing technical information about an organization's mission goals and needs, existing security products, and ongoing programs in the Security arena.
- Performing risk analyses that also include risk assessment.
- Providing support to plan, coordinate, and implement the organization's information security.
- Providing support for facilitating and helping agencies identify their current security infrastructure and define future programs
