Responsibilities include developing statistical models and decision logic to support risk management initiatives for $35Bn consumer loan portfolio across the life cycle.  

The candidate needs to have risk scorecard analytics understanding or experience (underwriting cut-off analysis, profitability analysis, collection analytics), and  understanding of exploratory data analysis, classical regression techniques, CHAID/CART and logistic models.  

In addition, this position will be responsible for consulting support to the portfolio teams related to the usage of decision tools, communicating results to diverse audiences, participating on teams to solve business problems, identifying modeling opportunities that yield measurable business results.

Bachelor's degree in quantitative field such as statistics, economics, operations research or mathematics. Masters/PhD preferred.       

3+ years experience in financial services industry 2+ years of hands-on coding experience in SAS Must possess a strong understanding of statistical tools and their application to consumer credit business.

Must have good communication skills
