Statistical Analyst

General Description:

This position provides analytical consulting and day-to-day project management services to clients. This position represents an analytics consultant who will typically work with limited guidance and direction from a more senior member of the team. 

Essential Functions / Responsibilities:

Perform and manage extensive and highly sophisticated analysis of client data using multivariate statistical techniques to build predictive models of customer behavior and business profitability.

·        Interface with client to gather input and create solutions that match their needs

·        Follow and mange workload according to project plans, including scope definition, timelines, and deliverables

·        Help to meet client expectations of both internal and external personnel

·        May work assignments individually or as a team member on multiple projects

·        Consult with clients and internal account teams on analytical issues, such as predictive modeling, segmentation, experimental design, LTV, and program evaluation

·        Clearly articulate project goals and objectives to technical or non-technical audiences

Skill / Knowledge / Experience Requirements:

Successful candidates will have strong mathematical or statistical backgrounds, proven project management skills, and thrive in a team environment of open idea exchange.
