Job Description
We are looking for a self starting, energetic individual with excellent written and oral skills who is not afraid to question assumptions. You will work closely with internal Apple groups as well as third parties in system and process integration. The candidate should have several years experience developing large-scale web services or web-based applications using object-oriented languages. Excellent understanding of relational databases and data-modeling techniques is also a must.

- BSCS or equivalent experience
- 5+ years experience in a professional, programming position is required.
- 3+ years of application server development experience.
- Strong object-oriented programming and design experience, including Java.
- Experience with relational database systems and SQL.
- Practical experience integrating with Web Services, including SOAP and XML.
- Excellent written and oral skills.
- Experience with WebObjects EOF, Hibernate or similar ORM frameworks is a plus.
- Familiarity with Mac OS X and development tools such as Eclipse is a plus.
- Experience with version control systems such as CVS or Subversion.
- Familiarity with build tools such as Ant or Maven.
- Background in HTML, CSS and JavaScript development.
- Understanding of automated testing methodologies and frameworks, including JUnit
