Job Description
Primary Responsibilities:
• Create and maintains various web based systems for use by the IS&T Retail Team.
• Research new technologies, implementing said technologies, and identifying areas of improvements for currently implemented systems.
• Provide technical support for the IS&T Retail Team. This includes diagnosing technical issues and managing our internal servers.
• Create and maintain technical documents in support of development work.
• Acts as the liaison between various teams to insure that projects are designed to meet the end users needs, while at the same time keeping projects within a realistic set of goals.
• Provides 3rd level support for store related issues.


Minimum Qualifications:
• Minimum 3 years of experience with Apple hardware and software, including the latest version of OS X is required.
• Must have a solid understanding of the Apple Brand.
• Minimum 1 year of Apple Retail experience is required.
• Working knowledge of UNIX (bash shell scripting), PHP, AppleScript, and Mac OS X server is required.
• Knowledge of SQL and C/C++/Objective-C, HTML, CSS is preferred.
• Ability to work independently with little or no supervision while maintaining a high level of efficiency.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment. Must be flexible and quick to adapt to sudden changes and issues.
• Very detail oriented and organized with a strong discipline of adhering to standards.
• Excellent problem determination and resolution skills.
• Up to 10% travel is required.
