Job Description

|
The Marketing Analyst willbe responsible for developing volume and collection forecasting methodologies for direct mail and related call center teams. This position will give you the opportunity to participate in strategy development, testing design and analysis. You will assist in testing and establishing appropriate segmentation and discount strategies as well as performing ad hoc analysis
The ideal candidate will be able to develop detailed analysis/reports on direct mail initiatives and analyze and optimize skip tracing efforts to improve consumer contact rates.
Required qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (preferably) in Business or Quantitative field 2-5 years of experience as an analyst preferably in the financial industry Familiarity with appropriate statistical methods for measuring performance Test design and implementation experience Software expertise: Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Power Point, Access, Outlook Basic experience with a query tool (SQL) or SAS (or other similar relational database)
Preferred Qualifications:
Direct experience working with multiple sources of demographic or credit bureau data Direct experience in consumer marketing analysis Previous work with direct marketing programs
