Job Description

ROLE:
10 month contract-to-hire for a well-qualified C#, ASP.NET, ADO.NET, WCF, SQL Server Developer.

Our client is doing well in this economy and is looking to grow their C# team with some new talent. The team is very technical, and the manager is hands on with .NET.

REQUIRED:

  • Proven experience with .NET 3.5, Windows Communication Foundation/WCF and Service Oriented Architecture/SOA
  • Solid experience in Object Oriented programming and programming design patterns
  • Proven knowledge with .NET Common Language Runtime/CLR, Assembly, Security Policy and interoperability
  • Expertise in using Technologies like IIS, Windows Service, MSMQ, SOAP, WSDL, COM+, XML, XSL, etc.
  • 4-7 years of application development work experience.
  • 4+ years of ASP.NET or C#.NET and ADO.NET.
  • Solid experience in C# and .NET programming and design techniques.
  • Solid experience in SQL Server RDBMS and T-SQL programming. Ability to write database objects such as stored procedures, triggers, indexes, etc.
  • Knowledge of version and revision control practices and procedures.
  • Solid design, coding, testing and debugging skills.
  • Understanding of other technology such as Java is a plus.
  • UML is a plus.
