Description:
Newly created role in a rapidly expanding business for an experienced Web Analyst who will provide website and online business analysis using Omniture Site Catalyst.
You will analyze online marketing programs, site traffic, customer database and other data to increase online conversion, and make specific recommendations that will enable the team members to improve site productivity, and sales.
Key Functions:
* Utilize Omniture analytics to create recommendations for site improvements.
 * Analyze product productivity based on position within site, produce reports on position productivity. Work with team to test positions and strategies for driving increases in specific product or category sales. * Create reporting and analysis to identify opportunities and site search productivity and make recommendations on improvements which can drive sales increases.
* Utilizing the analysis and reporting, create recommendations and present weekly to the brand teams that weeks reporting and recommendations.
* Work with marketing and operations programs within the Internet team to move projects forward and to meet financial goals.
* Plan and work with online marketing to develop Direct-to-Consumer Initiatives.
* Provide sales, margin and ROI analysis for proposed direct-to-consumer initiatives, and productivity of online destinations and merchandise positions.
* Work with the brand teams to conduct AB and multi-variant testing to improve site performance.
* Manage ad-hoc reporting to business users across multiple sites looking for changes, trends and areas for improvement. Requirements
* Three (3) years Web Analytics experience: setting up reports, reporting, analyzing, and presenting the data to senior management.
* Hands-on reporting experience with Omniture
* Multivariate, and A/B testing background
* Advanced, demonstrateable skills with MS Excel.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Bachelors Degree, advanced degree is preferred
