A Chicago based marketing solutions provider is looking to add a director of CRM with a strong quantitative foundation.  The right candidate will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic, diverse and committed environment.  Clients include consumer packaged goods, high-tech and telecommunications.  Will utilize traditional direct mail and digital communication channels. 

Needs to have the ability to work closely across a number of divisions to integrate a CRM marketing plan for clients.  Important to have experience working with consumer behavior data and segmentation models as well as understand media mix optimization.  An educational foundation in an analytics discipline is desired such as economics, mathematics or statistics. 

Salary: $110 – 140K with partial relocation available.
