|
Summary Business Intelligence Implementation Specialist will be a analytic-oriented, collaborative problem solver with an understanding of online media business and the ability to translate business needs into analytics that can be communicated to Development and QA teams.
Responsibilities Work to ensure all analytics tools are implemented correctly across the organization (Omniture SiteCatalyst, Quantcast, Google Analytics) Manage the process and implementation of all web analytics tags (JavaScript) for each product release Ensure that the highest data quality standards are maintained throughout the organization Work with internal business customers to define reporting requirements Provide training on how to interpret and use data for business analysis Create instruction documentation for website developers to implement analytics code on websites. Tags will need to be implemented within HTML, FLASH, and AJAX environments. Participate in maintenance, release and site re-design efforts as an analytics expert Work with product/business leads to create post-launch reporting dashboards
Requirements Technical understanding and working knowledge of online technologies, including HTML, JavaScript, Flash and AJAX Strong problem solving skills and thought leadership A demonstrated ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships and achieve results by working collaboratively with others Communication skills; Intellectual Curiosity Ability to make written and verbal recommendations, in a way that demonstrates clarity and confidence. Bachelor's degree, in a technical or analytical field (computer science, statistics, business, marketing, etc.) Self-starter with demonstrated ability to work independently and take on increasing levels of responsibility with a tenacity in the pursuit of goal execution
