Innovative market research, consulting and analytics firm headquartered in the Baltimore area seeks a Chief Research Office to expand our offerings in the customer relationship management analytics space and provide guidance and support to senior management and our clients. 

Skills and Experience 

·          Master's degree or higher in a social science discipline ( Market Research or Psychology preferred)

·          5+ years experience in a senior analytic role in the market research supplier world

·          Sophisticated understanding of key analytic techniques including but not limited to Cluster and Factor analysis, discriminate function analysis, regression and correlation analysis of all types, structural equation modeling, mapping and analysis of variance ( ANOVA)

·          Familiarity with SPSS packages

·          Ability to tell a story from analysis that relates precisely to business issues (rather than merely describing a data set or sticking strictly to an academic interpretation of analytic output)

·          The ideal candidate will also have experience linking and combining survey research (i.e. primary data) with behavioral and transactional data (i.e. secondary data) to model and predict future behaviors in both offline and online environments. The more diverse and numerous the experiences - response modeling, customer retention with churn modeling, upsell/cross sell modeling - the better. This is the future or our business and this person must be able to lead the thinking (and doing) in this area.
 

Salary:  $80, 000 - $120,000
