Come join Intuit as part of the Real Estate Solutions team as a Learning Technology and Operations Manager. We are looking for creative problem solvers with a passion for innovation to join our team and revolutionize the way the world does business.
Specific activities and deliverables include: Researching, piloting and implementing new technology or improving existing systems that support the development of new learning offerings and help run the learning business (Learning Management Systems, eCommerce, eLearning tools, web technologies). Loading, maintaining, testing and validating large amounts of course and client related information in the Learning Management System and other related systems to ensure accuracy. Define, develop, document, deploy, and maintain policies and procedures for scheduling, registration, logistics, distribution and evaluation of the learning programs. Maintain and continuously improve the "store front", offering catalog and ecommerce functionality for the Link to Learn portal to maximize revenue opportunities. Produce and manage Learning Center scorecard and monthly metrics to promote strategic conversation to improve the business. Liaising with other team members, departments and vendors to accomplish more than we can simply on our own. Work on special projects as needed by the business.

In order to do this you must: Have a passion for technology and process, creative problem solving skills, ability to execute independently, a 100% team mindset, strong database administration skills. Prior experience as an operations manager or business analyst would be ideal. Be able to execute independently with a desire to deliver high quality service to both external and internal customers. Meticulous attention to detail required—places high value on order and accuracy. Enjoy the challenge of “outsmarting” complex systems and technologies to find new and improved ways to do things. Be innovative and have the ability to quickly implement solutions to have real impact on the business. Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Excel to track and manipulate data.
Skills and Experiences you should already have: Proven ability to be a self-starter and work independently creating solutions from the ground up and maintaining and improving existing ones. 3+ years experience in a comparable position ideally at a high-tech company, using a sophisticated LMS and eLearning technology. Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) or Training-as-a-Service (TaaS) is a plus Willingness and ability to learning new tools and processes Experience in designing and developing enterprise web applications and Knowledge and experience managing and working with relational databases, specifically SQL Technology experience o Experience understanding business requirements and delivering creative technology solutions. o Strong Database Administration skills required. o Ability to setup and manage server technology such as SQL Server, Sharepoint, or other enterprise application servers o Experience with programming and web development (Java, SQL, JSP, HTML) Operations experience o Experience should include some projects where primary focus was on understanding, documenting and streamlining business processes. o Understands the key metrics and drivers of a client training business. o Business Objects reporting and advanced data manipulation within Excel. Learning/Training Industry experience o Working knowledge of Learn.com or Plateau Learning Management Systems and technical implementation of e-learning offerings on these LMS’s (or comparable). o Working knowledge of E-Learning industry standards (SCORM and AICC) o Working knowledge of web and course development software needed: HTML, Flash, Captivate, Mzinga Education: B.S. or B.A. degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience
