Primary Job Responsibilities:
• Monitor Mainframe z/OS images for performance issues/trends
• Support 7x24 ONCALL rotations
• Research capacity/response issues or observations for root cause
• Create/analyze reports for projects, problems or adhoc requests
• Participate on projects for new workload, hardware or functions
• Create, stage & implement changes for applicable products (CPM, TPM, WLM, etc) as needed

Secondary Job Responsibilities:
• Support quarterly Disaster Recovery Tests from the Mainframe Performance perspective
• Collaborate with Capacity team to identify trends, diagnose capacity constraints & set appropriate capacity levels
• Provide sizing recommendations for projects/features when necessary
• Gather SMF/RMF data as requested from other groups
• Write internal documentation as needed – group procedures, ONCALL status, etc.
• Cross-train in other team member’s key areas of support
