Job Description
|
SAP Integration position is within corporate Information Systems and Technology (IS&T) SAP team. This position will initially be key to our SAP CRM B2B Implementation. Candidate must be self directed and motivated with strong SAP CRM middleware configuration, development, and
troubleshooting experience.
The SAP Integration person will interface with multiple groups within IS&T to successfully implement SAP CRM projects. The role requires cross
functional team experience, excellent communication, facilitation, influence and persuasion, and deep SAP CRM middleware configuration,
development, and troubleshooting skills.
In the longer term Integration person will help in design to pick suitable interface methodology. They should gain a broad understanding of all interface
types and a contact point for analysts who need to determine the best interface type when communicating with SAP.

SAP:
Experience in setting up CRM middleware.
Three or more years of extensive SAP CRM middleware experience.
Must have experience in replicating master data and transactions between R/3 and SAP CRM.
Excellent understanding of BDOC (Business Document) generation and programming.
Excellent knowledge in monitoring queues, troubleshooting BDOCs in error status.
Fair knowledge of ABAP to troubleshoot issues.
Experienced in high volume data replication.
Must be knowledgeable in SAP R/3 SD module. Familiarity with Order to Cash process is desirable.
Good understanding of ECC and CRM data model.
Experienced in implementing middleware, userexits/BADI's.
Experienced in replicating BP. Product, conditions and orders.
Conceptual knowledge of pricing customization and master data.
Nice to have :
Development experience with ABAP and/or JAVA.
Experience in XI.
Experience with CIF interface to SAP APO.
Experience with SAP BW extractors.
Experience with IDOCs for SAP integration.
SAP CRM ISA implementation experience.
Managing middleware during system upgrades/data refresh.
Education :
BS degree or higher in Computer Science, Business Information Management (e.g. MIS), or Systems Engineering, and 6-8 years of related experience. Alternatively MS
degree and 4-6 years experience. |
