icrunchdata values your privacy and is committed to providing a safe and secure environment for registration and use. Be confident that we will use our very best efforts and resources to ensure that the information you submit to us remains private and used only for the purposes described herein.

1.  Use of Cookies and IP addresses:

1a. We use cookies only for the protection and convenience of the users of icrunchdata.  Cookies enable us to serve secure pages without asking our users to repeatedly login.  Cookies are used for the authentication of login session related variables assigned when you login to use your account.  If a user’s session remains idle for a period of time the cookies expire which prevents unauthorized access to a user’s information while they are away from their computer.  We do not use tracking cookies for anything not related to the functional use of icrunchdata’s site.  If a user’s browser settings have cookies disabled some features of the Site may not function properly.  It is recommended that your cookies be enabled when using icrunchdata.

1b. We will only use a user’s IP address to diagnose problems with our server and website administration when system trouble is reported.  We will not link IP addresses to anything which can personally identify you.

2.  Privacy of Registration Information:

2a. During registration we understand that you are disclosing confidential information, and we want you to have confidence that we treat this information with the highest degree of privacy possible. Any information you provide to us will not be shared with any outside third party entities. You will control the release of your information through the use of the site, by posting your resume, profile, making connections, and giving endorsements.  You will also have the option to set your account to private (see 4a, and 4b).

3.  Privacy of Email Addresses and Opt-in:

3a. User email addresses are required for registration, login and use for icrunchdata communication.  Email addresses are also required for service inquiries via form submission on the contact page.  We will only use your email address for purposes of icrunchdata communication including: replying to your service inquiry, recent new jobs, custom job agent notifications, monthly newsletters, and/or updates to the Site. User email addresses and the text contained therein shall remain confidential, and is not shared, traded, sold, or disclosed with any third party entities. You can also unsubscribe from the various types of icrunchdata emails.  If your email address is contained in your resume, and your resume is searchable by employers and recruiters; then please be advised that it may be used by employers and recruiters outside of icrunchdata's control.  However, all users have the option to set your profile to 'private' within your user account, and this will keep your resume and contact information excluded from searches by employers and recruiters (see 4a, and 4b).

4.  Privacy Options for Resumes, Profiles, Connections, and Endorsements:

4a. We understand that users have varying degrees of comfort in posting their profile, photo and resume on the internet.  To accommodate this we maintain a 100% user driven system which gives you maximum control of your account privacy.

4b. Registered employers may purchase membership access to icrunchdata’s resume/user database which will include access to view user resumes, profiles, photo, connections, and endorsements.  You may set your account to private to prevent access to your resume, profile, photo, connections, and endorsements.  Setting your account to private ensures you are not searchable or accessible unless you directly apply to a job posting.  Please be advised that when applying directly to a job posting you are authorizing access to that specific employer even if your account is set to private.

4.  Use of External Links:

4a. icrunchdata maintains relationships with affiliates, partners, and advertisers.  Throughout this Site users will find external links to our affiliates, partners, and advertiser’s sites.   We do not have control of these outside sites, so please be advised that each maintains unique privacy policies. We pledge our utmost due diligence in linking our site with only the most reputable and forthright outside entities.

5. Credit Card Security:

5a. icrunchdata maintains a licensed SSL Certificate by VeriSign, Inc. to ensure that our site employs the latest encryption technology as a safeguard to our users.
