When applying to certain jobs it says "I do not meet the minimum requirements" What does this mean?
By request, employers have the option to set filters when they post their jobs on icrunchdata. These optional filters can relate to level of experience, geography, and visa sponsorship. This rejection message is intended to be a polite and respectful notification that you are not a current match for the Employers job.
Why do some job posting require me to attach a resume each time?
Certain employers have unique requirements to apply to their job, and sometimes will require a separate attachment of resume, cover letter and to answer a few basic filter questions. We understand this can be tedious, but it is the employer requirement on that particular job posting.
Why I am sometimes redirected to an employer website when I click Apply Now?
To accommodate employer Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), employers have the option to redirect job seekers directly to their own corporate websites for application. This is a very common practice among larger employers who require all job applications route through their ATS, and also satisfies their unique corporate policies for hiring.
Why can't I find the same job on the employer website as I do on icrunchdata after being redirected?
Many employers have chosen for you to be redirected to their own websites to apply to jobs. They post certain jobs on icrunchdata in a manual fashion, and have used a unique URL for the redirect to their own site. Their intention is to have you apply through their own ATS (see FAQ above). In certain instances, the employer has removed the job posting from their own website, and forgot to remove the posting from icrunchdata; thus making the URL invalid or making it impossible to the find the job anymore. We work diligently and relentlessly to keep our content current and valid. We use some automation for this, but in the end it is the employers who post jobs and employer error is difficult catch sometimes.
